Complete results of the Europa League 3rd Qualifying Round Leg 1

Several clubs from the big countries achieve positive results in the third qualifying round first leg of the Europa League. One was the England club, Stoke City. Stoke who had just returned to the stage of Europe won a 1-0 victory over Croatia club, Hadjuk Split. Jonathan Walters is a hero through a single goal.
Spain club, Atletico Madrid also won narrow victory, 2-1 over Stromsgodset. Los Rojiblancos goals geberated by Jose Antonio Reyes and Antonio Lopez. The fate of less fortunate were felt Italy club, Palermo. Playing at the Renzo Barbera, Palermo held 2-2 by FC Thun. Palermo uphill struggle to be done at the turn acts as a guest team in the second leg.
So did other England club, Fulham, who appeared through the ration wild card. On the first leg at home in an opponent, the Cottagers could only play a goalless draw against Rnk Split.
