Drawing Results Europa League Group Stage 2011/12

Drawing Europa League Group Stage season 2011/12 in Monaco is over. 48 teams divided into 4 pots already get each group. Total will have 12 groups in this round. Finalists last season, FC Braga will not face tough rivals. Only Club Brugge that will complicate the Portuguese club. Moreover, Braga will be join in group H with Europa League debutant from England, Birmingham City and Slovenian club, NK Maribor.

Group I will promise exciting games. Europa League champions two seasons ago, Atletico Madrid will be challenged by Udinese, who eliminated from the Champions League arena. Stade Rennes and FC Sion complement this group.

Europa League Group Stage will be played from September 15, 2011 until December 15, 2011. One day later, will be held the draw for the round of 32 and 16. Two teams from each group will advance to the round of 32. Total 24 teams will be equipped with the presence of the third ranked team of each group in the Champions League Group Stage.
