Henry rejected return to Arsenal

Emirates Cup 2011 presents an important moment for Thierry Henry. That's the first time Henry came to Arsenal, his former club, with New York Red Bulls uniform. There are mixed emotions felt by Henry. The audience was still asking for signature and photo together. Surely it shows their love to Henry who never runs out, although he had moved to another club.

He had been offered back to wear Arsenal uniform. At first, Henry agrees. However, he then reject it because the purpose of exchange of the uniform was Henry should play for Arsenal in the second half, and against his club ( New York Red Bulls ) today. It was a strange rule. FIFA, the referee, and Henry of course reject.

Arsene Wenger did not agree with the idea while referee Kevin Friend permit. According to the Arsenal manager, it would not be a player in one match, although only friendly match, playing for both teams.

When asked is there any intention of returning to Arsenal, Henry dismissed. He has done what must be done. Greeting enthusiastic fans show if there's nothing wrong with his career at Arsenal. Henry's happy but there was no desire to return to play at Arsenal.
