Kyrgiakos and Cale join to Wolfsburg

Liverpool finally release Greek veteran defender, Sotirios Kyrgiakos to Bundesliga club, VfL Wolfsburg. Besides Kyrgiakos, Wolfsburg also recruit Trabzonspor left back, Hrvoje Cale.

Kyrgiakos signed a two-year contract in Wolfsburg. While playing for Liverpool, Kyrgiakos collected 49 appearances and three goals with The Reads. Wolfsburg coach, Felix Magath states need to strengthen Wolfsburg defense line. Kyrgiakos good players and will immediately strengthen the team. He is experienced, very familiar with Bundesliga and didn't need time to adapt.

Meanwhile, Cale was enthusiastic to play for Die Wolfe. He agreed for three-year contract after cut off cooperation with Trabzonspor end of last season. Cale was impressed with Wolfsburg and he felt proud because trained by great coach like Felix Magath.
